"Horrendous"

About: St James's University Hospital

Left for 15 hrs on a trolley with no water/fluid IV, countless "definite" promises of surgery, no communication between wards, district nurse promised and not arranged, therefore left with saturated dressing for 26 hrs. Complaint in process.
