What I liked

The initial assessment with the nurse in the A&E department was excellent I felt respected and well cared for.

What could be improved

The doctor was extremely patronising and suggested the problem may be psychological. I found him disrespectful and did not feel well cared for. I left the hospital feeling even further distressed with no explanation for the problem.

Anything else?

The toilets in the A&E department were not very clean.
