I attended a&e with an ankle problem. We waiting over an hour before being seen, but I am of the understanding that there were quite a few ambulances in that time. The nurse that saw me was delightful, and was polite, had a good sense of humour and explaining everything to be thoroughly. I was promptly sent to x-ray and then promptly after returning, I was called back to be spoken through my x-rays. Thank you for being so genuinely lovely. My only criticism of the a&e here, lies not with the staff or hospital itself, but with the patients. There were at least 2 'patients' in there who probably could have waiting to see an out of hours GP.......
"Brilliant Nurse and clean hospital."
