My first operation and stay in a hospital was made so much less stressful or scary due to the fantastic teams in Mckenzie and boddington wards. Their patience and calm way of talking me through everything made me feel in the care of experienced professionals. Everybody from the cleaners to the theatre staff were friendly and cheerful which made all the difference. A huge thank you to you all not forgetting the staff in joint school who looked after me when I fainted. I felt a right twit :) xxxx

Thank you so much for your feedback on your recent inpatient experience on our Orpington Hospital site. The feedback from Orthopaedic patients is really valuable because this is a relatively new facility for patients having planned Orthopaedic surgery. Your feedback suggests that the care experience was very positive and we are pleased that the facilities and teams in all of the patient areas have been so well received by you.
