About: Mount Vernon Hospital Site

Very impressed by the care we received Saturday. People complaining in waiting room, but we received excellent care from the male nurse. All info/notes given so we can pass on to our local Only thing that was a 3* was the fact I couldn't go into X-ray with my 11yr old. No reason as to why I shouldn't. Waiting time good too.

Our staff are committed to providing a high standard of care to all patients so it is always encouraging to hear such a positive patient story. We will pass your feedback on to the team. With regard to not being allowed into the X-ray room, it is our policy to reduce unnecessary exposure to radiation and as long as the child is happy we will ask the parent to wait outside.
