"If I had stayed, i would have been there 5 hours plus"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Went to A&E on Sunday with a badly sprained arm, was told 3 hours to wait. I left after two hours as I wasn't even assessed,

There was a gentleman waiting well before I arrived. He got assessed and was told another two hours which I think is absolutely disgusting. So if I had stayed I would been there 5 hours plus. In my opinion this is absolutely disgusting service from the NHS.
