I had carpal tunnel surgery.
My GP took far too long in passing me to be seen by a specialist and then to surgery, all in all it took 12 months from my first symptoms till the first consultation in June. When the consultants saw how bad I was and all feeling going fast in my hand, they were very quick in getting me in hospital and operated on to fix my hand, this happened in August. So I would say my GP let me down but once I was seen by a consultant they saw the problem and fixed it straight away.
