My experience was good because it was a one to one. My therapist was very understanding, listened to me also helped me to start putting my life in a better place.
My therapist put me in touch with mainstream as I want to meet new people, as I can’t do activity due to my health problems. I want to meet for coffee and go from there.
My therapist gave me more ideas to meet people it’s called meeting people in Liverpool, all you do is Google meeting in Liverpool. It gives you a lot of information. I was also very happy with the therapist I had. And it’s also good to know if any time I need more help I can go to my doctors and be referred back to Inclusion Matters. I would recommend it to anyone.
