(as the patient),

Patient Transport Services came to pick me up for my appointment at Southmead Hospital to have an MRI. I do have some mobility issues and the staff looked after me very well. They were exceptionally kind and their manner was very good. Staff at Southmead also looked after me very well when I had my MRI.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
