My daughter, Lisa Russell, attended the Northern General for a triple fracture in July, 2014. She had her cast removed last Friday, 29th August, and is well on the mend. Both my wife, Mary, and I would like to place on record our sincere gratitude and thanks for the care, attention and warmth of all staff involved. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and professionalism of all concerned. Its tough on parents who live far away, and cant be at their daughter's side in a nanosecond! However, once we saw the care she was getting, all our worries vanished. We found in Sheffield that people have a great warmth for others, something sadly lacking in Dublin since the greed years of the "Celtic Tiger". We are in your debt. yours sincerely, Tadhg & Mary Russell.
"Thank you"
