"PIU South Green Ward"

I recently visited the planned investigations unit in South Green ward in Charing cross hospital and I was surprised with how friendly and caring everyone was. I was there for 3 days/nights and I think I met most of the staff during that time - all of which were lovely! I thank them for their positivity and caring attitude. The ward was clean, bright, inviting, quiet and comfortable. Just a couple of things I feel need to be improved was the WC/shower room which had a strong stale water smell throughout my stay. Also, it might have been nice to have a patient line monitor as not everyone can bring in their own devices as I did. Thank you for a wonderful experience (all things considered!).
