clueless and paperless A&E shambles Theres got to be a box to tick in that assessing doctors dont have access to record systems They are having to walk back and forth to a computer and commit what they read to memory investigative/pathology info it not their finger tips they are not rigorous or thorough - dont look at reference results and dont have a "picture" of your medical status substandard, russian roulette care with no continuity between attending clinicians/consultants . beware. the most dangerous elements are that they are so damn please with themselves urgent ward referrals and hospital communication is laughable. You can't dumb down medicine more than this. They need to put up a disclaimer because this is no national treasure
