"Breast clinic visit"

I was very impressed by the care given by RFH. From the person who called me to book my urgent appointment, the staff in the breast clinic and the chap who was booking in scans everything ran smoothly, was well organised and efficient. I have worked in the NHS at a number of other London trusts for 17 years and I was impressed with how things were run here. My one criticism? It is very easy on the RFH website to access a point to complain but almost impossible to find a way to send a compliment! My current Trust does actually do this very well and as an NHS staff member it is so rewarding when you get an unexpected compliment from a patient - I think you need to review the website to make this easier.
