Got a letter today Tuesday to say my appointment to see my orthopedic consultant has been cancelled for the 10th September and a new appointment would be sent out as soon as possible.Ive been waiting a long time for this appointment as its a follow up from my 6 week check up after my partial knee replacement.As I am still getting problems and alot of pain.Cant speak to the consultants secretary as she on annual leave till the 1st September.So I rang out patient appointments to see if they could tell me why the appointment has been cancelled only to be told change in clinic.So I asked when will my next appointment be they said they couldnt tell me.Ive been to and through to my dr with my knee and she said she will email the consultants secretary to get me a nearer date.How long am I going to have to wait till I get a new appointment
