Attended outpatients with my father to see a doctor, the receptionist was very polite, pleasant and and helpful to Dad despite late time of day, clinics running over not having Dad's details to hand etc. The Diabetes sister and healthcare assistant were also really nice and accomodating when i went to check we hadnt been forgotten as the clinic was running late and we couldnt see what was going on. Although it was really late in day well after 5 oclock the doctor treated my Dad with respect and understanding, information understandable and pitched right (not too frightening). The doctor was really patient and answered all my questions too. We werent rushed at all and he made Dad feel any decisionswere his. Through-ought we were treated with dignity, respect and patience. Thanks to all of you.
