What I liked
We were seen promptly in A&E.
What could be improved
A&E was not very clean. The sharps bin in the cubicle was clearly full but staff continued to use it. There was blood on the floor and a blood stained cotton pad in the sink - unpleasant.
Anything else?
The nurse took a very brief history and consequently the painkillers given to my partner were not the most appropriate.
