"what a joke"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

Not sure where to start, I've lived in Blackpool for 8mths, I've had so many bad experience's with hospital, it took 45 mins for an ambulance to get to my daughter after falling down the stairs and knocking herself unconscious, then being left in a corridor with a head injury for ages, on the second visit it was for a baby scan and all the sonographer done was try to chest up boyfriend, on the third visit my daughter had blood tests and we had to wait 3mths for the results (lucky there was nothing serious wrong), the forth visit was an antenatal appointment which I was meant to have a membrain sweep which I was not given as doctors there do not communicate with each other, the fifth visit was after my newborn baby being transfered after a home birth where I was lied too, messed about and spoke to like I was an idiot, I had to have my blood pressure, blood and urine sample taken and I wasn't even there for me, I was there to have my baby checked, once again it was because the doctors and nurses haven't got a clue. My recent visit (which Is currently happening as my 3wk old baby is in hospital), I've been messed around, lied to, made worry for no reason, I really think this hospital is a joke, people do not communicate with each other, and haven't got a clue, I wouldn't want to be seriously ill here, they just tell you a load of rubbish or pass the buck on to someone else so they don't have to deal with it. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, this is the worst hospital I've ever been to.
