My partner had a cornea graph last month and the quality of care from the doctors was very poor. He was in a lot of pain and had to wait 7 hours to be prescribed pain relief and then the on call doctor did not even see him to see what was causing the pain. When he was discharged he got told he needed appointments weekly and the ward doctor made it four weekly, when this was changed by us the hospital then cancelled the appointment and made it for November. The problems are still continuing. We can not even get hold of the doctors secretary we have left plenty of messages for her to get back to us but after 3 weeks we are still waiting for her to phone us but if we phone the private patient number she will pick the phone up.
