"Unhelpful"

I was referred to Northcroft because the Dr suggested that counselling would help me was told that if I completed CBT II could be referred on for further help. Then was told that they are not a counselling service did not have councillors , after working out in tears, and a few phone calls was invited back still offered nothing . Then a few months later told it was because I was using the wrong terminology ?
