I wanted to let you know how wonderful all your staff treated me on my recent overrnight stay at The Pilgrim. Huge thanks to the staff in A & E who treated me so well when I arrived & those on the Acute admissions ward who cared for me during the night. I was treated with respect the whole time, I was seen by wonderful doctors & I was told everything I needed to know. From the ambulance men, the lady paramedic to all your staff the whole experience was made bearable because of their professionalism & kindness. A huge thank you to all of them! Mrs S.A. Goy
