"mothers care"

I live in Basildon,Essex but my mum lives in Stafford.Yesterday i travelled to Stafford hospital to see my mum......its the first time i have ever been in the hospital.Straight away as soon as you walk through the door you are encouraged to use the hand gel-i found that this was consistant throughout the hospital.Once on the ward we noticed the cleanliness,and were impressed with the amount of staff.Every member of staff-although busy.........were helpful but profesional.The atmosphere is a caring and kind natured one..........i wish Basildon hospital would visit Stafford hospital and take a leaf out of its book.Stafford hospital ticks all the right boxes-from care,cleanliness through to modern-fantastic.All the staff on ward one work very hard but do it with a smile on their faces-we need more hospitals like this one.
