"Delivery hell"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

Today i am 42 weeks pregnant so 2 weeks overdue. I was bleeding early morning so I came to the hospital at 3am. The doctor said that I will be sent to the labour ward soon so around 9am. After 11 hours in the hospital I am still waiting to be sent to the labour ward. I went to speak to a member of staff who was really rude saying that I had to wait as no midwives were available!! I have been placed in a room and I am still waiting. I am extremely tired, stressed, exhausted and frustrated. It's my first pregnancy and trust me I am quiet shocked about the service provided in queens Charlotte. I have been told that it was a really good hospital but by my experience it's horrible! I am still stucked and I don't know how long it is going to take. Maybe another 11 hours until finally somebody realise that an action as to be taken!!
