"A and E"

I attended A &E over the weekend and I was so impressed with the care and attention I received when I left they said someone would call me on Monday for a appointment with my doctor I must admit I did think oh they will never get a appointment and put it to the back of my mind ,but then first thing Monday morning I received a call from a very helpful lady with a appointment .unfortunately I couldn't make the time she had got me and told her not to worry but she said it was no problem and that she would ring me back which she did with a more suitable time . I'd like to thank the staff and the young lady who arranged my appointment . Thank you
