"goring hall excellent hospital"

About: Bmi - Goring Hall Hospital

The Goring Hospital is the smallest private hospital I have been in I have been to londons finest private hospitals with my husband but the Goring is easy on a par if not better I think it is because it is small all the staff know each other and get on together and there is a good atmosphere and this all transmits to patients The care was excellent both medical and regarding the room standards and the food was the best ive ever had in any hospital Two points though maybe there could be a fan in the waiting room by reception it was a very hot day and there is a glass roof and it was sweltering Also in my room there was not an adjustable chair and as I am not very tall and had knee surgery it was very uncomfortable and I preferred to rest on the bed Howev er these are minor points in an excellent stay under the care of my surgeon He is how you want a surgeon confident informative and caring and highly thought of by all the staff

Response from Bmi - Goring Hall Hospital

We are so pleased that you chose orthopaedic surgery at Goring Hall; we offer some particularly good procedures and work very hard at the detail of your overall care and experience. I am pleased you have judged Goring Hall favourably. Thank you for your comments regarding the glass roofed waiting area. I agree it can get very hot in the summer months and we are working at ways to resolve this for 2015. Thank you also for your feedback regarding chair height. We are grateful for you raising this and we will make sure we have lower height chairs available in our rooms.
