"Excellent care at Good Hope CCU - Ward 23"

About: Good Hope Hospital

My husband has just spent 8 days on Ward 23-CCU and he and the family could not fault any of the nursing care. The ward was spotlessly clean, the care given by all concerned was 100% professional and me and my adult children were made to feel very welcome. The charge nurse on the ward was fantastic and he helped my husband in a calm, professional, reassuring manner, for which we were very grateful. The only thing that my husband could fault was the food, which I have to say, I do agree with him, was tasteless and bland and very unappetising.

Dear Anonymous, thank you very much for your feedback on the care of your husband on Ward 23 at Good Hope, although I was disappointed to hear that the food let down your husband's experience. I will certainly forward your feedback to the Head Nurse in order for this information to be disseminated to the nursing team and also will let the catering department know your comments.
