About: Moseley Hall Hospital

the staff are very good but they are under staffed , care is very good and some of the staff go above and beyond don't know how they do it some times, for the first timer i would say some of the sights you might see my be distressing but there is a natural course the patience go though and just be mind full they have had a stroke and life is a bit confusing, my dad have been in there for 12 weeks so we have seen all processes. you might get the odd hiccup but you can help with information that they can use. the one problem we have had is the doctors are not very forth coming a little more information would be nice some are better than others, but hard to find one. hope this is helpful

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. I would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about your fathers's stay at Moseley Hall Hospital , in order to understand the specific details around the experience you had and what we can do to make the process less distressing to both patients and relatives . This can then be shared with staff on that ward and in other teams to support learning and development. I would therefore be very grateful if you would contact me, Anne Pemberton , Patient Experience Manager on 0121 466 6502 or email anne.pemberton@bhamcommunity.nhs.uk, in order to arrange a convenient time to talk with you. I look forward to hearing from you.
