I have been under this hospital for years now. I cannot remember the amount of times they have changd my appointment dates. It's disgusting. Staff seem polite but waiting time is normally very long. I must admit though, the last appointment I went to they seemed a lot faster. Now I'm just waiting for another letter to gone through the post cancelling my appointment again.
