I'll brave most medical things but just the thought of again lying down in a narrow tube that I couldn't get out of was enough to give me cold sweats and nightmares. The experience at Renacres could not have been more different from those I'd had at an NHS hospital located near a local world famous horse racing course. Your staff understood my problem and did everything they could to help me. Before each scan sequence started I was told the duration and asked if I was alright. When it was finished, your staff took care with my extraction from the scanner and saw my husband and me safely from the unit. Your staff were knowledgeable, empathetic and pleasant throughout my appointment and I'm grateful to them all.
