"Excellent care in a busy environment"

The radiotherapy teams are both caring and efficient in this bustling department which is a very difficult balance to achieve. I was treated as an individual, my concerns addressed and my anxiety recognised. The throughput of patients is staggering considering the high level of care and for an older hospital the level of cleanliness is also very high. I could not have been in safer hands once I had negotiated the one big hurdle at this hospital - parking. If you can be dropped off or come by public transport then do, on some days the stress of trying to park does not initiate a pleasant experience expecially if your symptoms require urgent access to the toilet on arrival.
