We have been attending the Pacing clinic and seeing the Heart Failure nurse since 30th May 2014. She is an exceptional asset to Fairfield Hospital and has shown nothing but professionalism and honesty and involved my husband in every aspect of his consultation. She was patient with us and answered all our questions. There was no rushing my husband through his appointment. She was also very courteous to us both and we felt like she was listening to both our worries. She advised my husband to go to A & E after the appointment which we did and again in A&E my husband was treated promptly and had everything explained to him what was happening. Thank you
