The whole place in adverse state, they deal with patients in humanely, a ma sitting in front was bleeding adversely with a dog bite ,sitting there for hours the doctors and nurses were passing by but doing nothing . The corridor was extremely hot with no air to breath. They take exra and then do any thing

Thank you for your recent review and we are sorry that on this occasion your experience wasn't a positive one. From the waiting area it is difficult to appreciate the true activity of the department so your perception of staff doing nothing will not be an accurate reflection on activity. We apologise for the heat in the department but unfortunately we do not have air conditioning.
