"Came in for health care, got totally rejected."

The night nurse was abrupt and actually quite horrible. She made a offensive assumption i was under the influence of drugs when i was speaking with her and when i asked her questions about the problem i was having she was actually making me feel like a stupid person patronising me, really disappointed with the treatment from this lady. Don't get me wrong i have had brilliant health care from the NHS before in Bath RUH it was absolutely faultless and i saw a gp the next day from my local practice he went through in every detail about my problems and was very understanding, just a shame that the few people such as this nurse absolutely ruins it for the rest.
