"Waiting a long time - and not enough commmunication"

(as the patient),

I have been waiting 3 1/2 months for an outpatient appointment, I have tried phoning numerous times, the line is always continually engaged. I contacted the PALS office and left a message, again there is never anyone to answer the phone. I spoke to Bal from King George's. She was going to find the information I asked for and call me back, that was about 4 weeks ago. Does anyone care about patients ? It seems not. Also I have had an outpatient appointment cancelled 3 times in a row, never an explanation, always put to the back of the queue to start the process over again, is that fair?
