. I booked in for Day Case surgery at 7am for the removal of lesions in temple area but at 81 with Parkinson's Disease and permanent heart pacemaker the medical staff decided to keep me overnight under their care. The staff were outstanding - during one period I wondered if the nurses who took my BP were on piece work rates. I found that all staff, whatever their role, were friendly and courteous and seemed to work well together with no sign of any stress. A good atmosphere. On discharge I was wheeled to car to car by a nurse. I left feeling that I had been in good hands for which I thank you. Yours sincerely Derek
