Unfortunately I had a letter this morning changing my appointment at the Ear, Nose and Throat Department but when I rang to say that the new appointment was whilst I was on holiday the receptionist who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. She gave me a new appointment and said that she would make a note on my records not to change my appointment again as I had already had one cancellation. Although I am not happy with the changed appointment the service I received from the department was very professional and helpful.
