About: North Tyneside General Hospital

On arrival to the hospital the staff where friendly and helpful. My daughter had broke her arm whist playing football and North Tyneside was the nearest hospital. I explained I had not been before and was given first class treatment from all the staff. Took great care of my daughter and was very happy with the out come of both clinics (A&E, fracture clinic). I would use this hospital again with out a doubt! We do have follow up appointments so let's hope it stays the same.

Dear Leeann, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your daughters experience of care at North Tyneside Hospital. It always means so much to all the staff when patients take the time to provide them with feedback. I am delighted to know that your daughter received great care from all the staff in each of the departments. I know they will all be over the moon to know how much both of you have valued the care she received.
