poor communication for induction, called at appropriate time and was told to ring back in 3 hours. staff then rang an hour later to say wrong info come in. then left 3 hours before procedure commenced. left for 7 hours before review and problems developing which could have been avoided if noted earlier. postnatally poor care and lack of breastfeeding support.

Clearly this is not what we would want any new mother to experience, and we are sorry that this was your experience.
