I've been trying to book an appointment for 3 weeks at the sexual health department number 020 8442 6536, every week they told me to call on thursday at 9:30, when I call they told me they don't have the appointment yet please to call the day after on friday exactly at 9:30. Every time I call on friday they don't answer the phone and since I try to call more times they aswer but they don't speak, they just leave the phone hanged to stop the sound. Unbelievable.
