"Highly impressed!"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I went to this hospital's A&E with a broken toe. I would not usually go here, but it is the quickest one to my work, plus my Dad was born here in 1957....and I supply locums there myself and thought I may as well try here instead of going to the hospital near my home. The receptionist was very rude and abrupt, not welcoming at all for the sick and injured, I think he needs a talking to personally. A friendly face does not harm anyone. However, the wait was only about 20 minutes to be seen by a clinician. The clinician was a bit cold at first until I asked how she was. Then she was the friendliest clinical ever. She examined me, diagnosed me and advised me the best treatment. She was so lovely. I think it's just nice for healthcare workers to be asked for once how they are and they really appreciate that. I would 100% go back to The Royal London if anything happens locally to my work again. If you would like to find my details to praise the lady that saw me today please contact me as I'd love her to get praise for her work!
