"Poor attitude within A.E when phoned about my..."

About: North Manchester General Hospital

Phoned their A.E,at 6.45 pm, 2/6/2014, to find out about my Father who had been admitted, The women ? who answered, was abrupt and rude, I know they have a lot on their plate, but that kind of response was uncalled for. That Hospital is not like it used to b, If you do not have a caring nature, people skills and you have an attitude, then you should not be working in the Medical Profession Score from 1 to 10, 0
