From initial phone call to offer appointment to letter of appointment confirmation to guidance from PAL:s as best action re transport and costs to cooperation from Transport Assessment Staff to Driver who collected me both to and from hospital to surgical team who completed operation to Recovery ward staff who looked after me while awaiting ward allocation and finally to Gray Ward staff who again looked after me in a professional excellent manner , and visit in evening and next morning by Surgeon to check all OK for discharge – Layout and facilities of ward really excellent My thanks and utmost respect to all.
