I took my Mother aged 97, wheelchair bound and with severe dementia, for an ultrasound scan. Both the person who carried out the scan, and her nurse were so helpful and friendly that a potentially frightening experience for my Mother was turned into a very happy occasion. The staff just could not have done better. Thank you very much to both of them.
