"There when I needed it"

I was recently admitted to Chesterfield Royal Hospital and was very pleasantly surprised to find a clean and airy hospital with good natural light in most areas my ward was clean and comfortable. the staff were very professional and friendly it was obvious that they were very busy and under great pressure for their time however I never felt ignored or neglected. I was kept informed of what was happening at all stages I was very grateful for their care at what could have been a stressful time. Food was much better than I expected it arrived hot looked appetising and nutritious. Thank you all for your help the staff were really great L
