After sending for my medical records ,I found out a lot of incorrect information.,instead of helping to find out the reason.the complaints dept have treated me as if I have no rights no one returns my call.The correct procedure wasn't taken.they finalised the complaint Letters to the chief executive x3 only one has been answered surely this gives course for concern for patients safety . Previous to this I went to view my records I wasn't happy with the outcome and how it was held.The only dept I can say have my respect is the records dept
