"care received"

I shattered my heel and fractured my ankle and got 2 cuts on the other leg 3 months ago. on leaving the fracture clinic i was told to report to my doc 3 days later to have the wound dressed which i did, and from that moment on and within 2 days i have never received such amazing care, the OTs DNs and Physios were there at my house and all equipment etc was delivered that day, they had thought of everything and were so caring, and i would like it recognised as what a truly amazing service is offered, now on the road to recovery and still the care and concern is there down to the smallest detail, making sure i am ok, my surgery is Arden Medical Centre in Stratford on Avon. I have to say that the initial visit to A and E was bad and a wrong diagnosis of my breaks but the fracture clinic 3 days later sorted it all out Well done for the lovely care I have received and it should be well noted to all concerned Amanda Wilson
