"Most impressed."

I was referred to the Eye Department of the hospital by my optician . I could not have had better treatment had I been a private patient. The nurse who initially saw me was reassuring and very pleasant. The Consultant was excellent. She had a really lovely manner. She put me ease immediately . She explained things to me . I felt complete confidence in her judgement. I could not fault anything. I was so impressed.. Well done.
