"Day care surgery and aftercare"

My father in law recently had surgery as a day case at Aintree Hospital. The following day he had a cause for concern and rang the hospital. He was advised to attend the relevant outpatient clinic for the attention that he required. As a family we have been very impressed, not only with the care that he received but also the consideration and kindness of the multiprofessional team involved. The staff treated him and us with dignity and respect and helped to allay any concerns and worries that we had. All staff were friendly and approachable and made us feel that his well being mattered.
