What I liked

I have visited the genito urinary clinic a number of times now. The doctors and nurses are understanding and discreet.

What could be improved

There is a very large amount of waiting involved. I have spent only short amounts of time in the waiting room, then a nurse sees you and then decides who should treat you. On my most recent visit I was left to wait in the consultation room for over half an hour without being told what was happening. when a doctor did arrive he seemed very inexperienced, and then left to find the GP there so she could 'sign him off' for examining me. I was unhappy about this and felt it was not respectful or sympathetic to the patient.
