"Hysterectomy opp"

27th may I had a Hysterectomy I was admitted to tolgus ward. Day staff fab I had a lovely hca greet me before my opp and a lovely male sn to greet me post opp.....however night time staff were disgraceful moody rude Grumpy one sn Tried giving med that were nott written up for me. They shouted at a elderly lady for calling out for help and at 630 in the moring the staff thought it was excepable to shout up the ward looking for another memeber of staff luckerly the next lot if day staff were ok. House keeper thought its was ok to argue over how hot a drink was with a pt totally not acceptable. Over all I coulsnt wait to get out of there.having a 15 year nhs background myself I understand pressure short staff ect but a smile was always on our face.
