"Reception Staff"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I am writing this review on behalf of my 83 year old mother who drove and accompanied her 80 year old friend to have an CT scan. Whilst all facilities and nurses in the hospital were outstanding I would like to refer to a member of your reception staff. My mother as I stated earlier is 83, she is also disabled, when she innocently commented on the distance she had to walk to give details of her disabled parking permit the 'charming' receptionist retorted saying ' at least you don't have to pay for it!', as you can imagine I am furious. My mother is in a lot of pain and has been disabled, due to illness, since she was in her teens, how dare this person speak to my mother so disrespectfully. I also believe she made the same comment on a previous visit. I hope you read this review and perhaps consider putting into practice a customer service programme. Regards
